Terms & Conditions
1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over at the time of entry, except employees and their immediate families of H. J. Heinz Company Limited and each of its group companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected to this Promotion.
2. Closing date for receipt of entries: End 31st October
3. Only one entry per person - multiple entries will deem all affected entries invalid.
4. All entries through third parties or agents are invalid.
5. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material.
6. There are 6 prizes to be won in total: one prize per magazine (PubChef, Publican, Foodservice Update, OOH, Eat Out and Buy It).
7. To enter caterers are required to email their address and phone number to Heinz@proactivecompetitions.co.uk with the name of the promotion and the title of the magazine (e.g. Macdonald Hotels / PubChef Magazine).
8. The prize will be awarded to the first randomly selected entry per magazine (whereby all entrants are put into a bag per magazine and drawn). Each winner will win £300 of Macdonald Hotels Limited Vouchers to be redeemed towards a break at any Macdonald Hotel. Any additional cost beyond the £300 will need to be incurred by the winner. [The winner must comply with the terms and conditions set out on the voucher, namely that: This Gift Voucher features a unique reference ID code which may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. Change will not be given for monetary vouchers. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings are necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice will render the voucher null & void. Macdonald Hotels are not liable for any vouchers re-sold through a third party. Vouchers can be extended at the discretion of Macdonald Hotels and at a small cost. Terms & Conditions are subject to change.

10. All entries become the absolute property of the Promoter upon submission and will not be returned.
11. The Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. There is no cash alternative and the prize will only be sent to the official winners.
13. Prize winners will be notified by post within 28 days of 1st November 2008.
14. A list of prize winners names and counties will be available to those sending a S.A.E. no later than 6 weeks after the closing date to: Proactive Communications (Alveston Kitchens Promotion), Fort Dunlop, Fort Parkway, Birmingham, B24 9FE.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event the Promoter believes that any winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
17. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure of any hardware and/or software and/or any entries that are lost, incomplete, delayed, illegible or damaged. Proof of emailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
18. Winners may be asked to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shoots and interviews).
19. These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
