Terms and Conditions
1. Open to bona fide caterers residing in the UK, aged 18 or over, excluding Government funded caterers or employees and their immediate families of H.J. Heinz Company Ltd. and each of its group companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected to this Promotion. Employees of caterers must have their employer’s permission before participating.
2. To claim your prize text the unique number shown on the label of the bottle to 86688, and make sure you keep your label. You will receive a text message at no cost to inform you what prize you have won, and how to claim it. If you would like to be kept informed by Heinz Foodservice of other offers, at no cost, please also include the word YES at the end of your message. Texts charged at standard rate. Closing date for receipt of text entries is 11.59pm UK time on the 28th September 2009. Prizes will be despatched within 28 days of receipt by the Promoter of the winning label as evidence of the winner’s claim. Winning labels must be sent to Heinz Promotion, PO Box 662, Harrogate, HG1 9HP (stamp required) to be received by 5.00pm on 21st October 2009.
3. All entries through third parties or agents are invalid.
4. Prizes consist of 10 x £10,000, 100 x £150 Merlin Vouchers, 100 x £50, 100 x £10, 100 x £5 and 3090 x £1 lottery tickets. Caterers are wholly responsible for any tax which may be payable on the prizes.
5. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. A list of prize winners surnames and counties of residence will be available for up to 6 weeks after the closing date at www.winlist.co.uk/heinz and at www.heinzsight.co.uk.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value should the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant in the event the Promoter believes that they have contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
9. The Promoter is not liable for any entries that are lost, incomplete, delayed, illegible or damaged. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of delivery.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to use caterer’s names and business names in any unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shoots and interviews).
11. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material.
